Artificial Intelligence emerged on the horizon of technology in 1956, when the term was first time used by the scientists. The field is linked with machines and robotics. In fact, Artificial Intelligence AI is providing a substitute for human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems and robots.
Imagine the high cost of health care services provided by Artificial Intelligence AI technology, they are acquired by a few people. A large percentage of the human population is living below the poverty level and they have no access even to the public health care facilities, AI health care facilities are far away from their reach. The Artificial Intelligence AI technology such as IBM Watson and Chatbots are only available in the developed countries. However, developing and underdeveloped countries are not using AI in health care. Therefore, the advantages reach to a limited population.
Artificial Intelligence AI is being considered as a blessing, but the reality is quite contrary to the statement. There is no second opinion about the tremendous developments of AI. The development in the computer systems and robotics is beyond imagination. The developments of AI are not limited to just one aspect of life, rather it has something to offer for every field of life. From health to education, from business to law and from manufacturing to defense, the services of AI are there in every sector. However, these services and products are far away from the reach of the common population.

Apart from health care, AI is used in Business as well. The corporate sector and companies are investing a lot in robotics and computer systems. By investment, they want to increase their productivity and services. The new technology of AI will not only increase their productivity but also cut down their expenses. The robots will replace the working class in the factories and companies and this will fuel unemployment in the world.
The population of the world is divided into two classes; elite class and the working class. The elite classes consist of a few million, while the working class consists of masses. AI technology offers benefits to the elite class but creates financial problems for the masses because machines will ultimately replace them and there will be no place for the working class in the near future.
The benefits of AI technology are not only limited to few in individual life, but they are limited at the state level as well. Everyone is aware of the use of AI in weapons and defense. Readers, targeted missiles and the use of robots are a few examples of AI technology in defense.
However, all the states are not equal, rather there are developed states, developing and underdeveloped states. The developed states spend a lot of their budget on the defense and they are investing in AI as well. No doubt, it would ensure their defense, but it would create an arms race among the developed states. The race of AI will not only fuel arms race, but it will create a security dilemma in the developing and underdeveloped states.
To wrap up the discussion, it can be concluded that AI has introduced many new technologies for the world in almost every field of life. In fact, AI is something for everyone, but everyone cannot afford to enjoy AI technology. The gap of having and have not is prominent in this regard as well.
